These guidelines apply when you visit the Papyvnre™ website, browse our stationery collections, place an order, or use any related store feature.
Papyvnre™ is operated by Atlas Stationers, Inc. By using our store, you agree to these terms and our published Privacy, Shipping, and Return policies. Please discontinue use of the website if you do not accept them.
1. Using Our Store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your location. Information provided during checkout or account registration must be accurate, complete, and current.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.
The website may not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorized data collection, security interference, fraudulent purchases, spam, or infringement of another party’s rights.
2. Product Information
We aim to present our journals, paper goods, craft kits, and stationery accessories accurately.
Actual colors, textures, dimensions, and finishes may vary slightly because of manufacturing characteristics, lighting, or screen settings. Product descriptions, availability, specifications, and packaging may be updated when necessary.
We may limit quantities or discontinue an item without prior notice.
3. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order is accepted after payment is authorized and an order confirmation is issued.

Payments are processed through authorized third-party providers. Papyvnre™ does not directly retain complete payment-card details.
5. Delivery and Returns
Processing and delivery periods are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier disruptions, weather, customs reviews, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

6. Papyvnre™ Content
The Papyvnre™ name, logo, product photography, written content, graphics, packaging concepts, and website design are owned by or licensed to Atlas Stationers, Inc.
Store content may be viewed for personal shopping purposes. It may not be copied, altered, republished, sold, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
7. External Services
Our store may use or link to services operated by payment providers, shipping carriers, analytics platforms, or other third parties.
Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Papyvnre™ is not responsible for independently operated websites or tools.
8. Reviews and Suggestions
Any review, photograph, idea, or other material submitted to us must be lawful and must not violate another person’s privacy, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
By voluntarily submitting feedback, you permit us to use it for store improvement, customer support, and related business purposes, subject to applicable law.
9. Corrections
Occasionally, website information may contain typographical, pricing, inventory, or product-detail errors.
We may correct inaccurate information, update store content, or cancel an affected order. When payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the appropriate amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Our total responsibility relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product involved, except where a different remedy is required by law.

Responsibilities created before termination, including payment obligations and intellectual-property restrictions, remain effective.
13. Illinois Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be handled by an appropriate court with jurisdiction in or serving Chicago, Illinois, unless consumer law requires another venue.
14. Updates
We may revise these guidelines as our store, services, or legal obligations change. The updated version becomes effective when published with a new revision date.
