Processing Time

Most orders are prepared within 2–5 business days.

During holidays, launches, or promotional periods, processing may take up to 6 business days.

Shipping Fee

A flat shipping fee of $6.99 USD applies to each order unless another offer is shown at checkout.

Estimated Delivery

• United States: 8–14 business days

• Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia: 10–16 business days

• Other international destinations: 14–21 business days

Delivery estimates may change because of carrier schedules, customs inspections, weather, or high-volume periods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email used at checkout.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear. A delayed scan does not always mean the package has stopped moving.

Customs & Import Charges 🌍

International orders may be shipped under DDU terms.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. Requirements and processing times vary by destination.

Changes & Cancellations

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to update the delivery address or request a cancellation.

Once processing has started, changes may no longer be possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the package and affected item.

When a carrier officially confirms that a package was lost in transit, Zellmorine™ will review the case and arrange an appropriate replacement at no additional product cost.
